For any devotional products purchased through our associated e-commerce platform (e.g., or linked shop sections), the following Refund Policy applies:

1. General Policy All sales of devotional and spiritual items (such as Rudraksha Malas, Prasad plates, Japa counters, Ashta Gandha, turmeric sticks, brass items, etc.) are final. Due to the sacred and personalized nature of these products, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in specific cases outlined below.

2. When a Refund May Be Considered We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis only in the following limited situations:

• Damaged or Defective Product: If the item arrives damaged, broken, or materially defective (not due to customer misuse), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
• Wrong Item Shipped: If we send the incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement or refund upon return of the wrong item.
• Non-Delivery: If the order is not delivered within the promised timeframe due to our error (subject to courier tracking proof).

3. No Refund Scenarios Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Items that are opened, used, or altered (especially sacred items like malas, yantras, or puja articles)
• Products damaged during transit due to improper handling by the customer after delivery
• Perishable or consumable items (e.g., turmeric, javvadu, etc.)
• Any custom or personalized orders

4. Return Process (Where Applicable)

• Contact us first via email before returning anything. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Items must be returned in original condition, with all tags/packaging intact, and proof of purchase.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item).
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund (if approved) to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
